3D card in a box

Hi friends,
Been a bit busy this week and the reason is that I had the first of my monthly Saturday classes for the year this morning. I had kits to prepare for 12 students, making 2 cards each, so needless to say there was very little time for anything else this week.
We are also still busy packing up our craft studio, so every minute was well spent. I hope your week has been less hectic.

I have seen a number of these cards on the internet and wanted to try it for the workshop. The ladies loved it. I don't have a link as I watched  a few videos and then  made my  own pattern.
I used  a number of Memory Box dies, Nellie Snellen, Marienne  Design and Joycraft dies..
I really love that this card fold up flat for posting.

I will enter the following challenges:

The ABC challenge...F is for Flowers
Just be creative crazy...Linky party..just because
Feeling Crafty Feb challenge...dies/punches
Sister Act Card challenge #45...Anything goes
The Stamping Boutique #5...Use a punch or diecut

Quirky Crafts challenge #4...Pile it high, layer it up and 3D
Challenges 4 Everybody #38...Anything goes

Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend. Here it will be a busy one. I have a number of DT cards to finish, so hope to be back in a few days.
Take care, Love, Ursula

Reminder challenge #85..Have a heart at DS4J

Happy Wednesday everyone.
Not only are we halfway through the week,  but almost halfway through the month as well, and just 2 days to go to Valentine's day, when hearts are called for.

At Digistamps4Joy we have just that...challenge #85..Hearts, which is the choice of Karin and we are halfway through that as well. My card for this challenge is a side step card with hearts, but it isn't a Valentine card, so no red.

Here is what I used:
Paper - purple cardstock, DP from
Image - Angel Angie and you can find it  HERE Coloured with Distress inkpads, Twinkling H20's, glitter, Pontura pearl drops. Printed the heart twice and raised it with silicone.
Cut it out with a Nellie Snellen die, inked the edges and added pearls.
The heart border is a Memory box die - Cherish border
The sentiment was computer generated, taken from a book of expressions that I have.

On the Digistamps4Joy blog you will be able to see all the lovely cards made by my fellow teammates and they are stunning, so hop on over and take a look. You do not have to have a DS4J image to play in the challenge, but of course you get an extra chance if you do have one. so please come and share your creative projects with us and lovely  prizes to be one.

Will enter the following challenges:
Artistic Inspirations challenge #78...Anything goes/Valentine
Bunny Zoe's Crafts...Hearts/Love
Digi Makeover challenge #127...Hearts
Eureka Stamps challenge #76...Hearts
Love to Scrap challenge #23...Who loves ya baby...Use the word love on your project

My Craft Creations challenge...Anything goes
Ooh-la-la Creations #149...Use a heart
Papertake Weekly challenge...With a heart
Sweet Stamps challenge #156...Love
Through the Craftroom Door...Anything goes

That's all I have for now, just remember to come and show us your project with a heart. Hope to see you back soon. Take care.

Good morning friends,
Sunday seems to come round too fast, but anyway nothing to do about that. There are some lovely new digis available today at Digistamps4Joy. The DT have all used Misteri PA, and you can see the lovely cards they have made HERE

Did you know that DS4J also has a Rewards points system, earning points towards your next purchase For every $10 spent you earn $1 towards your next purchase. Now that's quite something isn't it!!

I have used the following:
Image is coloured with Distress inkpads, cut out with a Nestability die.
Patterned Paper is from a paper bloc 'Back in Time" from Joy Crafts.
I have used a Memory Box Die behind the image.

Sentiment is a Just Rite stamp and the words are computer generated.
