Something new

 Hello friends,

Yes there is something new...2022.  HAPPY NEW YEAR  I hope that everyone is ready for this year so that we can make it a great ONE with positive attitudes and creating lovely things. At Let's Craft and Create this month our challenge has an option of "Something new"...a home, a year, a baby ... anything new.

The team have all created stunning projects with this theme, so please head on over and see what inspiration they have created. You have a whole month to enter and there is even a small prize so start off the year with joining in our challenge.

This year, I am continuing my mission of using up my stash. I like to think I made a small dent in it last year, but there is still a whole lot more to use.

The cardstock is all from my stash and I cut and embossed a piece. The embossing folder is an old Cuttlebug folder. I inked the edges and lightly went over the embossing with a Distress Inkpad.

The embelishments are the last of a selection of baby items.

I am trying to make cards that would be good for the Charity shop that I support. I like for them to have a selection of popular cards for selling.

I will enter this in the following challenges.

I hope wherever you are in the world you are keeping safe. The weather in many places has been very harsh and severe and I my heart goes out to the people who have to live in such extreme conditions. I hope that you receive the strength to get through this. The health issues that many have to face be it from the pandemic or anything else makes life a challenge for many and I pray that you also receive strength to face these.

Take care, stay safe and let's hope that this year will see some easing on the challenges that have faced us the past 2 years.

Thanks for visiting and see you soon.

Love, Ursula
