Hello friends,
I am way behind in my postings, but celebrating my birthday on Wednesday and today being a holiday has meant lots of time spent with family and friends. Today was great with our son, DIL and 2 grandsons coming over. I was asked by Jayden the youngest, all of 5 years if I knew how to knit.. and he wasn't satisfied until I got out needles and yarn and showed that I really could knit. Then of course he had to have a go....next question. Granny do you know how to knit a scarf?....I now have 2 scarves to knit, 1 each. A red and a purple...so best I go and get the yarn tomorrow and get started.

Now onto my card. Last Sunday this was one of the new images from
Digistamps4Joy, but I just didn't get it finished on time. CAS is not something I am very comfortable with, but this image just seemed so right for it, and I really had a battle not to add anything else.
I printed the image Daffodil which you can find
HERE ran it through the Cuttlebug with this folder, but don't have a name for it.
I coloured it with Distress inks.
The edges of the card were coloured with Distress ink..peeled paint.
Stamped the sentiment
