Running a little late, but had to be out this morning, so here I am now. I was privileged to choose the colour palette and twist for this week's Colour challenge at The Outlawz. I loved the pretty colours on the photo and the buttons appealed to me, so that is the twist this week ..to add a button or two.We hav e no sponsor this month, but there is a $10 Gift Certificate for the winner for the store of her choice. So come along and play.
The DT have all made super projects for inspiration.
My card is another fairly simple one. At the moment, I am selling more of these than the very busy ones....maybe it is that I am selling to a number of older people and they like less fussy...
The paper is from my stash.
I used a stamp that was a freebie in a magazine some time back. Inked it with 2 colours of Distress inks, and cut out with a scolloped MFD.
Added buttons for the centres of the flowers and added some pearl maker dots on the buttons.
The sentiment is from a collection of Hero Arts stamps.
Finished off with blue pearls, but they look more green on the photo.
