A gift bag this week

Good morning friends,

Yesterday was the start of a new  Colour challenge at The Outlawz. Jeanie chose the theme to make a gift bag or box with these lovely colours and a twist of adding lace

The prize this month is a $10 gift certificate for any online store.

The DT have made lovely projects and have links to show how they are done.

I rather liked the idea of a gift bag, as I need some for gift cards for my teenager grandchildren, so made this one, but of course in my rush forgot about the no lace on mine.

It is made from one sheet of paper, folded and glued together. It has 2 pockets, so perfect for that gift card or a small gift and a card.

I used a Papermania sheet.

Red and white cord for the handles and a felt snowflake tag.

This shows the two compartments

I will enter some challenges:

I will enter some challenges:
Holly Jolly Christmas #86...Anything but a card
Sunny Day Crafting #27...Anything goes
Tuesday Throwdown #323...Anything goes
Crafty Boots ...Christmas
Crafting from the Heart #140...Anything goes

Have a wonderful week and I hope you are enjoying your Christmas preparations. Take care and see you soon.

Love Ursula

Ursula, saw your name pop up at the Anything Goes challenge for Tuesday Throwdown and I had to stop by. Your work never disappoints! Might have to find a pattern to try myself as I really like this.
