We three kings

Good afternoon from a very hot South Africa,
Yes, very hot, but then it is midsummer. Temp is 29dec. C in the shade, so not much energy for anything very strenuous. I decided to finish this card which is long overdue.

The image was the last one for the Christmas progressive challenge at Digistamps4Joy, which ended last year. I just didn't get a chance to finish it off, so this will be the first one for 2015.

Paper - blue cardstock, Patterned paper from a pad by Art Talent.
Image - We Three Kings 1 from Digistamps4Joy and you can find it HERE. There are 3 different kings and also a set of all 3 the Kings.
Coloured the image with Distress inkpads, added some gold and pearl makers, also a gem to his shoe. Cut it out and mounted with silicone.
Added a gold star, and a few peel-off stars.
Sentiment is computer generated.

I am entering this card in the DS4J -1000member challenge on FB As soon as they have 1000 members everyone who has met the requirements will receive this gorgeous image.
You need a DS4J image and then enter your card - that simple.

Absolutely gorgeous Ursula. Love how you did the background with the hint of the tree with the star. And the king is coloured beautifully.
Yip, seriously hot today with not a cloud in the sky yet.

Gorgeous colours. What a great idea to have the Christmas tree for the star to sit on. Love the wise man image too which you have done a great job of colouring. Thanks for joining us at 12 Months Of Christmas.

Your card is beautiful. I love the repeated tree design and how you have popped up the fussy-cut image.

Perhaps I should toss you a snow ball to cool you off. :D

Lucky you to have such fabulous weather. We are freezing here in England and expecting snow. I think perhaps the warm climate has affected your kings. Two of the three have clearly stopped for a drink somewhere leaving this handsome chap all on his own. But he looks splendid. I love the paper and the pretty star too. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely card with the CASSettes at Christmas at Sweet Stampin'. Hugs, Lesley
