Good afternoon my friends,
How is your Saturday going? We are having the most glorious autumn weather ...lovely warm even quite hot day, with just a hint of a cool autumn breeze, blue skies, just so lovely...wish it could stay like this for some time....but I guess winter will start to make its presence felt sooner or later, in the meantime we will enjoy it.
I would like to wlecome my new followers and thank you for taking the time to visit. I hope you enjoy what I have to show and will be back often.
As promised yesterday I have a card to show, using the second freebie from
Digistamps4Joy. I hope you have all been to get the 2 freebies this weekend. If you haven't yet been, you need to open an account and then get the 2 images, they are FREE.
There is a story behind my red shoes. Many, many years back as a little girl I went to see a movie...which didn't happen often in those days...called, I think "Red shoes". I just remember the red shoes, which were not like the ones on the card, but dancing shoes..ballet shoes... and I also remember some sad parts, but as I said it was very long ago...Anyway, the minute I saw Jen Lee's image, I thought of red shoes...so here we have it.
I coloured them all with different colouring mediums...Twinkling H2O's, Tombows, Derwent pencils and Distress inks.
The flower is made with a Joy flower die, added some glitter and pearls.
The paper is from Kaiserkraft.
I think it fits the following challenges.
