Thank you.........DS4J Challenge 41

Good morning friends
Wednesday and a brand new challenge from  Digistamps4Joy., but what a great 2 weeks we have had. The blog hop was fun and I hope you enjoyed all the stops you made, and that you commented on each blog.
Congratulations to all the winners   and thank you for participating in our bloghop....Have you checked to see if you are a winner of one of the super prizes?....All the details are on the winners page.

I had a prize of a $10 gift certificate from Guylou's Inimitability for someone who commented on my blog and followed all the requirements, and I am pleased to announce the lucky winner is ...Ta..Da..

Vicki

Congratulations Vicki!! Please email me at u-ruphof@iburst.co.za with your details and I will send you the necessary information to claim your prize.

If you weren't that lucky this time...here's another chance to win some Digistamps4Joy images...

Welcome to the first challenge of our new blog

The theme is  AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE
We would like you to create a papercraft project (it doesn't have to be a card) that expresses an attitude of gratitude
Your creation can be for any occasion whatsoever, as long as it's a THANK YOU.
Here is my card for this challenge

The image I used is Let's go and the reason for me choosing this particular sentiment is to say THANK YOU to a very special team mate...JEN. She invited me to join the team last year, and it was as if she took my hand and said.."Let's go"...She has been a great friend ...ready to help and advise and a great inspiration. She has been the challenge co-ordinator on the old DS4J blog, and has carried on with the new blog, and just makes everything run smoothly.

Thank you Jen for all that you do for this group

My DP was from a paper pad, but the name has got lost. I used cardstock to emboss the words folder, which I think had all the words that I see in a friend.
The image I used is Let's go and can be found  HERE. I coloured it with distress ink pads and the girl's clothes with Twinkling H20's, for a bit of a shine...cut it out with a Nestability and mounted it with 3D foam pads.
The sentiments are from my stash of sentiments ...cut them out with labels dies. Added a red heart button.

Looking forward to seeing your creations and do have a look at all the lovely cards that the DT have made using some of the new images from the STORE
I am entering my card in the following challenges:
Craft Room
Creative Craft Challenge...Anything goes
Oldie but Goodie...Die cuts and punches
Make it Monday...Anything goes
Tammy Scrapin Corner Die cuts and punches

That's it from me....will be back soon, take care and have fun

Ursula this card is such a wonderful thank you for Jen. I just love how you coloured that fun image and then mounted it on that die cut so it was slightly over. And that embossed pp in the background is great...love all the wonderful words on it...such wonderful words to describe Jen.
