This is the first colour challenge for this month at The Outlawz and being February the month of Love, just the right theme for our challenge.Ina chose the lovely inspirational photo and the twist to add hearts.

This is my card.
Paper - I didn't have enough red cardstock, so I coloured my card and the scalloped circle red with Pan Pastels and it worked beautifully.
Patterned paper was a freebie many years ago from Jak Heath.
Image is 'raining hearts' coloured with distress inks.
Sentiment is from Whiff of Joy.
