Tuesday is Colour challenge day at The Outlawz

Good morning friends and I would like to welcome Bernadet to my little family of friends. Hope you will pop in often and please leave me a comment from time to time. I do love reading them.

Tuesdays seem to come round more often than other days....LOL, but as it is Tuesday, I have another DT card for The Outlawz colour challenge. This week Heather is hosting the challenge and she has chosen this lovely bright photo for inspiration. The twist is to use punches.
Once again we have as our sponsor Sweet Pea Stamps and the DT have used various images on their project for inspiration. We would love you to come and join us and you may even win these lovely images that we are using.

This is what I used for my card:

Paper - from an old paper block Forever Friends - The Good Life

The image I coloured with Distress Inkpads and cut it out with a Nellie Snellen MFD, square and matted onto a green scolloped MFD also from Nellie Snellen.

For the corners I used a punch and also used a corner rounder for the image.

The sentiment is from Whiff of Joy and cut it out with another Nellie Snellen MFD.

That's all from me today. I am going to try and find a cool spot to spend the day. We are having another heat wave with temps today at 35 deg C, and still no rain. Water restrictions have now been imposed in our city and many other areas, so we are desparately needing rain.
