Embossed Christmas tree

Hello friends,
There is a month of holiday cards challenge at Beccy's Place, and I just don't seem to be able to get as many done as I have in the past, but I have made one with  the theme for yesterday... ...Christmas trees.

This was a really quick card to make, almost felt like I was cheating.

I had a red card already folded. Took a piece of white pearly cardstock and embossed the tree with a Cuttlebug folder

Next step was to decorate it. I used some gems, Pontura pearl makers, glitter and with Pan Pastels, added a touch of colour to some flowers, leaves and the base.

Added a peel-off sentiment.

I need to make a few more of these quickies as I just don't have enough cards and have quite a lot going on the next few weeks.

These are the challenges I am entering:

A Snowflakes Promise #9...Christmas/Winter
Not Just Cards #26...Anything goes
Crafty Calendar ...Sparkle, bling and embellish
Robyn's Fetish #290...Wet or dry embossing
Pile it On challenge #95...Any Holiday/celebration

Craft your Passion #288...Anything goes

Alphabet challenge T for tis the season
Craft for the Craic...Something glittery
Colouring Crazy challenge #46...Christmas sparkles

  9. Oh! Ursula you have shown me how beautiful this embossing folder can be. I love what you have done.

Perhaps I should revisit the pieces I embossed and left 2 years ago, they may save me some time! Thank you
