I hope everyone had a good Easter and a relaxing weekend...now it is back to the everyday life.
This is the first colour challenge at The Outlawz for April and Laurian is hosting the challenge. Her colour palette is taken from this beautiful photo. You need to use the 2 colours shown, and the twist is 'an easel card'. There are so many different types of easel cards and anyone of them will be good enough for this challenge.
Being a new month we also have a new sponsor Enchanted Design Studio. Concetta draws the most amazing images, and some of these can be seen on the cards made by the DT this week.
I have used one on this card, and this is what I did.
Paper is from a Vintage paper bloc by Pickup
Image is called Ladybug and coloured with Distress inkpads, added glitter.
The die cuts are from Marianne Designs and Joycrafts.
The sentiment is one I found long ago from Cards and Scrap. Not sure they are still around.
Added pearls, ribbon and some gauze coloured red, but it doesn't show the colour on the photo.
