Best wishes from South Africa

Hello friends,
Just recently Margy, from Digistamps4Joy released a new image (her own drawing) called "Weskus fisherman's cottage"  I just  had to use it. It brought back memories of holidays on the west coast of South Africa, where this is a typical scene I took the liberty of  adding the image of the aloe,(by Jen Lee) which is also very South African.

I coloured it with distress inkpads and kept it very simple with no extra embellishments. The sentiment is computer generated.
I hope any of my South African friends out there will enjoy this.

I think it meets the following challenges:
Milk, Coffee challenge...Anything but square
Shelly's Images challenge...Anything goes
The Paper Shelter...Anything goes
Simon Says Stamps challenge...Anything goes
Penny's Paper Crafty challenge...Anything goes
Make it Monday...Anything goes
Pause, Dream, Enjoy...Anything goes
 Whoopsi Daisy challenge...Use a digi

I hope you are all enjoying a lovely long weekend and that Spring will be with you soon in the Northern hemisphere.

Thank you for coming to visit and hope you have enjoyed looking at what I have been doing.
Take care, see you soon.
Love, Ursula

  15. What a super image and the Aloe is a lovely touch. Love the way you have kept the colouring low key as it really does the image justice.
