At the end of last year I joined an Iris folding folding group. I have done a little in the past and have enjoyed it very much, but needed some challenging. January was the first challenge and I entered...challenging it certainly was, but I so enjoyed making this card.
I used a sheet from a Kaisercraft paper pad...Le Chateau, and for the iris folding I used a shimmer paper, which I think worked very well, but doesn't show up well on the scanned picture. added gems in the corners.
I will try and find a challenge to enter.

Ursula, I am speechless - this is beautiful, stunning, and so many other wonderful adjectives I would run out of comment room. Iris folding is something I would love to try but doubt I can do.
